OBOS is Norway's largest property developer and is owned by it's 390.000 members. The length of time you have been a member confers automatic priority when wishing to buy an OBOS property. The Arv (inheritance) concept pitch was aimed at a younger audience and was created to promote the idea that members can actually donate their OBOS seniority to the next generation, their children. Designer homewares were used as an incentive to become a member and to communicate the idea of passing on something of value. New name, a campaign site, packaging and promotions.
